To the monks who may have apposed or been too frightened to stand up to this overdue progression in the Buddhist faith, I hope that you will soon face your fears and overcome your egotistical issues. Let us go forth with what the Buddha said and allow the Bhikkhunis to shine as they always should have done, with that which is their equal birthright. Stop hiding behind your feeble interpretations and your fears of inadequacy. It is time to grow up.
