To Whom it May Concern: My primary teacher is a western Bhikkhuni. I have studied with the venerable for approximately five years. I have learned much and have been inspired by her devotion to the Dhamma and Vinaya. I hope all venerable Bhikkhu's will allow for the full oridination of Bhikkhuni's as the Buddha in his great compassion did. I will ask a similar question to the Venerables that Ananada asked of the Buddha. If these women were given ordination, would they be able to realize the fruits of the path? Could they become a stream winner, a once returner, a non returner, an arahant? If so, you should answer as the Buddha did and allow for the going forth of women and re-establishment of the Bhikkhuni Sangha. May peace come to this situation and may all beings be blessed!
