This website is the result of me teaching myself about synthesis by writing about it for you. It contains information about how to synthesize certain types of sounds, as well as specific well-known examples. I will not post details on making sounds for certain genres of music. My goal is to provide a certain level of intuition for generating the sound that is in your head. Though many synthesizers have the same settings, ultimately they all end up sounding quite different. I primarily work with Fruity Loops, Ableton Live, Sytrus, and Live's Operator. On occasion I also dabble with Absynth.
