Let's get back to the experience.......in 2012 we also give you the opportunity to visit the famous "Maritime Museum of San Diego"...one of the worlds finest collections of historic ships. These include the oldest active sailing ship afloat...the 'Star of India', plus pirate ships, cold war submarine and many other very interesting exhibits.
We will provide some light snacks and beverages, you bring the beer & wine if you like or you can choose from our on-board bar. We'll give you a history of this famous yacht, the America's Cup and the status of the 'cup' competition as we know it today. You get to pitch in and help us raise the huge sails, take a turn at the helm, snap off as many lovely photographs as you like....and dwell in the amazing atmosphere that comes with sailing on a yacht so beautiful and so famous.
