Sunset Cottage is a charming little property for two people, independent from main house, situated in quiet surroundings, close to Lagos and nearby golf and beaches. It is customised for easy wheelchair access (see details below) and has floor heating throughout. It is fully equipped, including bed linen and towels.

This tastefully and thoughtfully designed property offers fully accessibilty for wheelchair users, yet looks and functions totally normally for those not in a wheelchair.




The Cottage comprises:

  • 1 studio room with two single beds

  • 1 bathroom with walk-in shower

  • 1 kitchen/dining area with electric oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer

  • Television for Sky News, CNN, Free to Air Channels


The Minimum stay is: 7 nights

Accessibility features

  • Access to front door by car

  • All on one floor, no steps

  • All doors open to 80cms (31”) wide

  • Gently ramped front entrance

  • 1 wheel-in shower with grab rail.

  • Height of toilet (from floor to seat) 45cm.

  • Bed height (floor to top of mattress) 60cm.

  • Room lights can be switched off from bed.

  • The property is surrounded by countryside and has a sea view.

  • Centre of town 2 km

  • Close to golf courses and beaches

  • A hire car is essential




Extras

On arrival the owners will meet you. Awaiting your arrival will be a very generous welcome hamper in your accommodation, compliments of the house. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

There is a laundry service available for guests for a small additional charge payable locally.
