The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and eating needs including a toaster oven, coffee maker and grinder, blender, hand mixer and spice rack.  It overlooks the living room which has a sliding glass door onto the balcony.

There are two bedrooms each with its own full bath plus a private master suite which over looks the bay with its own sliding glass door onto the balcony.  There is a glider to sit and relax on, a large bath with a jacauzzi tub and a walk in closet. 

 A few special touches include beautiful murals, TV's in every bedroom and living room, two DVD players, books, games, cards, DVD's, hair dryer, washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, and a drying rack. There are two assigned parking places with additional guest parking and a roof top pool with a large deck with a view of the ocean. 

Sunset Beach has its own sandy beach, a pier and a boat rental shop next door.  It is located in midtown within walking distance of the Convention Center, many restaurants, bayside water sports, Super Thrift, and one short block to the beach.
