A Reiki session is relaxing, comforting and leaves you feeling 'light and fluffy'. A treatment can either take place while sat on a chair or lying on a treatment couch.
 You remain fully clothed and each session lasts for one hour.
The cost is £35 per treatment session.
Training in Reiki - 1, 2 and 3rd Degree are also available which means you can use this lovely energy on yourself at any time. Training costs from £130 to £300. Most course take place over one to two days.
Reiki One Degree is the first attunement and you learn to self heal and heal others - cost £130.
Reiki Two Degree is receiving the second attunement and learning to use the reiki symbols within your healing. You will also learn to work with the chakra system - cost £200
Reiki Third Degree is receiving the third degree attunement which enables you to pass the reiki energy on to others - cost £300
