The Sunnymede neighborhood (view map) is a community of 500 homes near the heart of South Bend, Indiana.  The community offers ready access to the South Bend regional farmer's market, zoo, local playgrounds, Indiana University-South Bend (IUSB), the University of Notre Dame and downtown South Bend.  The location provide's an easy commute to the area's major employment centers. However, Sunnymede is still far enough away from the city to give it a small town feel. While the area is very beautiful and the community conveniently located, our biggest asset is the people who live here. Our residents make it a wonderful place to live and work simply by taking pride in their community.
