 The Sumner County Health & Safety Board consists of six (6) members. One member serves as the Chairman, three (3) members also serve as County Commissioners for Sumner County, the remaining members are appointed.The Health & Safety Board’s responsibilities are to hear grievances pursuant to Section VI of these regulations and grant extensions of time to property owners whose properties have received a Notice of Violation and can’t remedy the violation within the ten (10) day time limit set forth by Resolution No. 0801-07. |
