Sumner County's Title VI Program ensures that no person is excluded from participation in, denied the benefit of, or subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin under any programs that receive federal funding (as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987).

Any person who believes that he or she, on the basis of race, color, or national origin has been excluded from or denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination by Sumner County may file a written complaint with the Sumner County Executive's office.
