Subdivision plats that are more than two (2) lots, and contain less than 5.01 acres are presented to the Sumner County Regional Planning Commission.

There could be as many as three (3) reviews required for a subdivision plat.
1. Sketch plat (if there are any bondable improvements)
2. Preliminary plat
3. Final plat
