The Western Massachusetts Writing Project hosted three youth summer programs that focused on writing:

• Claymation Movie Camp in Northampton (in partnership with Smith Vocational Agricultural High School)
  
• Digital Storytelling in Holyoke (in partnership with the Holyoke Boys and Girls Club)
  
• SummerWrite Institute in Amherst (in partnership with the University of Massachusetts)
