How long will the brushes last?

  With proper care and maintenance using special cleaners with mild formulation that is really meant for brushes, good quality brushes can last for years

Why are brushes made from natural fibers more expensive than those made from synthetic fibers?

  Good quality brushes are usually made with real hair, mostly from animal trim (e.g. hog, squirrel, goat, pony, sable). They are softer compared to most synthetic fibers and they feel very nice against the skin.

How come some of your brushes use synthetic fibers?

  For brushes that are used with liquids / creams, they require synthetic fibers to be effective. We use high-quality synthetic fibers for these brushes, so that they still feel very soft against the skin.

Can the brushes be used with mineral makeup?

  Yes, we have customers using our brushes with mineral makeup. The Kabuki brush is especially effective for this purpose.

Why should I buy Suesh brushes?

  The materials and techniques used to produce Suesh brushes are the same as those used for the top brands. The quality of Suesh brushes is definitely comparable to well-known brands (as testified by our customers), but they are half the price of the branded ones. So, spend your money wisely - get good quality tools at better value, then you can invest more in your make-up!

Where are the products being manufactured?

  They are made in Hong Kong

Are the brushes being sold individually?

  Yes we are selling some brushes individually. There are also some brushes that are not included in the sets, just sold individually e.g. Stippling brush

What is the return policy?

  Generally our policy is no return no exchange. However if somehow there is a factory defect on the product, we may replace on a case-to-case basis. Please write to us via the Contact Us page within 7 days upon receiving the product, and we will get back to you shortly.

Is GST included in the price?

  We do not charge GST to our customers =)

Can I use unregistered mail?

  No, we will only use registered Singpost mail to make sure the products can be tracked. Anyway, registered delivery is free for our customers for all products, except for the cosmetic storage category.

Why isn't shipping included for the cosmetic storage products?

  The cosmetic storage products are quite big - they exceed the maximum allowable parcel size for Singpost registered mail. So for cosmetic storage products, we will need to use Speedpost which is a bit more expensive.
The charges for Speedpost vary according to the item's size, weight, and also the shipping address. We will inform you of the exact amount once we get all the details so that you can make the payment.

Is Suesh being sold in any retail store in Singapore?

  For now we are selling them online, but we will update you whenever they are available in other venues in Singapore

What happens if the product gets sent to the wrong address or gets lost?

  This is why we will only use registered Singpost mail. However, once the parcel has been sent and the Singpost tracking number has been sent to you via email, it is now your responsibility to track the delivery and follow-up with Singpost. We do not take responsibility for products that are lost or delivered to the wrong address.
