Trout Cave

| What can be said about Trout? I've been in this cave more times than I can remember. Trout is like an old friend. I take my other friends to meet Trout to see if they will like caving. I know almost every part of this cave by heart, all but the very back. On several attempts we have tried to penetrate to the extreme back of the cave but have always failed. The mighty Wind Tunnel has held us at bay. You can see Jesse coming out of the entrance to the Wind Tunnel here. Thats just the entrance, it gets much worse. Other than that this cave has been very good to me and mine. I've had the good fortune of seeing the Square Room at least four times that I can remember, and two mud sculpture rooms. I've introduced my brother and several of my friends to caving through Trout. You can see Garrett feeling very triumphant here. Trout will always be a staple in my caving diet. |
