Spybot Search & Destroy is a great freeware program that offers a ton of tools to fight spyware and adware. It's also resource friendly, so if you have a older computer you should seriously consider getting Spybot Search & Destroy.

avast! Anti-virus Home Edition is a free anti-virus solution that I think is the best out there. Be sure to check it out!

Digital Blasphemy is a great site that offers spectacular high resolution images. Though you have to pay to view most, they do have a large free section.

2createawebsite was and is an invaluable help for me when I'm creating websites both now and in the past. It not only gives out free HTML editing software, it also provides tutorials, templates, recommended free & paid hosts, and a guide on how to make money off your site. (appologies to the webmaster of this site for not putting up the banner link. I just couldn't get it to be displayed).

sitemapspal is a great site that allows you to generate free sitemaps with no fuss. Personally I find it to be the best free sitemap generator around.
