Animation Shop

Lets Begin

Open A New Image 600x600.We Will Resize Later
Open The Heart Wire Mesh And Paste As A New Layer.Drop The Opacity To 36
Open A Paper Of Choice And Copy And Paste As A New Layer.Open Teresa Mask And
Minimise.Layers New Layers From Image.Select Your Mask Source Luminance Checked
Invert Mask Data Checked.click Apply.Merge Group.

On Your Mask layer Select All Float Defloat Copy And Paste The Blood Mist As a New
Layer Selctions Invert Delete Selections None.

Copy And Paste The Book As A New Layer Resize As Needed And Move Towards The Top
Right Hand Side Of Your Image.

Copy And Paste The Cluster Frame As A New Layer.Resize As Needed Move To The Left
Of Yout Image.With Your Magic Wand Select Inside Selections Modify Expand by 4.
Copy And Paste A Paper Of Choice.Select Invert Delete.Drag This Layer Below Your
Cluster Frame.Effects Mura Mesister Clouds.Leave the Setting As And Change the BG Color
From A Color Of Choice I Used Red.Select Your Cluster Frame Layer Another Time.
Copy And Paste A Tube As a New Layer.Selections Invert Delete Selections None.

Copy And Paste the Bird As a New Layer Resize And Move To Bottom Right. 

Copy And Paste Your Main Tube As a New Layer Mirror It If Need Be.Move To The Right
See My Tag For Placement.On Your Tube Layer Select All Float Defloat.Selections Modify
By 5 Add A New Layer And Move This Layer Below Your Tube Layer.Apply The Clouds
Effect Again This Time Change The BG Color To Black.Select None.
Add Drop Shadow To The Cloud Layer I used 1,1,80,5 Black.

Copy And Paste The Razor Blade As a New Layer.Resize Move Bottom Left.
Use Your Raster Deform Tool And Rotate a Little.

Copy And Paste The Double Tag As a New Layer.Move To The Top Of Your Image
Move This Towards The Left Where Your Cluster Frame starts. 
Copy And Paste The Small Symbol As a New Layer.And Move to The Right
Of Your Tags .See Mine For Placement.Effect Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow
Width 3 Medium Color Black....

With Your Chosen Font Add Inside The And Place Over The Top Of You Tag
Add Drop Shadow 1,1,80,5 Black.Then Vampire Diaries And Arrange Over
The Bottom Part Of The Tag.Use Your Raster Deform Tool To Rotate It To
Your Liking.Add Drop Shadow 1,1,80,5 Black.

Add Your Name To Your Tag.

Resize Your Tag Now. 

Add The Artist Copyright Information
Add Your Own Watermark As The Creator Of Your Tag

Animation Time

Select Your Mask Layer.Edit Copy Merged Paste As a New Image In Animation Shop
Back in Psp On Your Mask Layer Effects Eyecandy 4000 HSB Noise Default Settings
Hit The Random Seed Button Once.Edit Copy Merged Paste After Current Layer In 
Animation Shop.Back in Psp Hit The Undo Arrow Or Edit Undo.Apply Your HSB Effect
Again Hit The Random Seed Button Once.Edit Copy Merged Paste After Current Layer
in Animation Shop.Back To Psp Hit Undo Once.Effect HSB Noise Hit Random Seed 
Once.Edit Copy Merged Paste After Current Frame In Animation Shop. 

In Animation Shop You Should Have 4 frames Select All Frame Properties.
Change the display Time To 30.

In Animation Shop Select All Animation Properties Change to opaque Color White.

Test Your Animation.

Save as Gif.
