Studio consists of living/sleeping area with fireplace, separate kitchen, separate dining room for 4 persons, bath (walk-in/roll-in shower), private laundry room and private rooftop patio terrace. Elevator from basement to Studio Suite level. Interior elevator to private roof patio area.
All new appliances, including 4 burner gas stove top and wall oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave. refrigerator with freezer, blender, electric water kettle, coffee maker and pitcher themos to keep coffee and tea hot. Iron and ironing board.
Programmable Safe. Cable TV and Internet Access (WIFI). Linens and towels included. Fully functional kitchen with pots/pans and dishware.
LOCATION: Located at Edificio La Fragata, at Av. Solano and Av. Mora. 5th floor, Apt. 505-2.
The building in which the unit is located has a coffee shop, bakery, and an Ital-Deli next door. There is a small store (like a 7-11) across the street. A couple 100 yards from the Mount Sinai Hospital. About 10-15 minute, level walk to Old Town, depending upon your pace and acclimation to the altitude. 24/7 security guard on the premise.
Maximum Occupancy: 2 people. Queen size bed.
SORRY, NO PETS AND NO VISITING PETS
We often rent to persons who are under doctor's care at the nearly hospital. Some have severe allergies. Doctor's orders RATES: MONTHLY RATE: $750.00 Per Month, Minimum Two (2) Months. SHORT-TERM: Ten (10) Night Minimum @ $55 per Night. 11th Night through 30th Night @ $35 per Night.
$25 per set charge to Security Deposit if keys are lost. Two sets given to guest/s.
$150 Damage/Security Deposit (refundable).
$25 Exit cleaning charge.
Active Cell Phone Provided ($70 charge to security deposit if lost). Guests pay for minutes/cards.
We will arrange one complimentary taxi transport from Cuenca's airport to the Fragata Studio with an English-speaking driver. Guest pays for return trip..
Payment for your reservation is only made through our Paypal account with the same name as our email address:
RichNnancy@gmail.com. If you don't have a PayPal account, it is easy to set one up with a visit to Paypal.com.
Refundable deposits will be returned within 10 days of departure, to your Paypal account only. No cash.
No confirmed reservation until all monies due are paid in full.
