As Student Constructors reflects on a successful years’ past, we look forward to our plans in the future.  This past year we volunteered our time in various community service projects for non-profit companies such as Habitat for Humanity, United Way, and Sonrise Ministries.  This year we plan to continue in our efforts in giving back to the community. 

We also participate in several extracurricular activities and events such as intramural sports, tailgating, golf tournaments, and other social events. Student Constructors has been closely connected with the Mississippi ABC Chapter, attending several different ABC hosted events.  Some of these events include the ABC Spring Crawfish Boil, ABC Young Professionals Meetings, the ABC Merit Awards, etc.

Student Constructors hosts bi-monthly meetings in which industry professionals share their knowledge and expertise in construction. Some of the companies that have attended and spoken at these meetings have been Harrell Contracting Group, Hensel Phelps, Brasfield & Gorrie, White Construction, Yates Construction, Smith Painting and Contracting, Performance Contractors, Mike Rozier Construction, etc.
