  2. 2  Welcome to the St. Thomas Cub Scout Web Page!  Thanks for checking it out to see what we have planned.  Our next Pack meeting is Tuesday, January 17th, from 6:30 - 7:30 in the school cafeteria. (It is a Tuesday due to the Martin Luther King holiday.)
  3. 3 Two upcoming dates to put on your calendar are the Pinewood Derby and the Blue and Gold Banquet.  The Pinewood Derby is Sunday, January 22nd in the gym from 11:00 to about 2:00 or 3:00 depending on how long the racing lasts.  The Blue and Gold Banquet, our annual banquet for all of the Cub Scout families, is on Saturday, February 25th at 6:15 pm in the Church basement.
  4. 4 This year we will have a Pinewood Derby race for parents interested in seeing how fast they can make a car.  This "Open Bandit Race" is based on one that the district has, and the rules are slightly different than those for the scout race.  See the "Upcoming Events" section for details.
  5. 5 Normally committee Meetings are held in the lower Parish office 7-8pm every 2nd Thursday of the month.  These provide an opportunity for all leaders to plan events as well as share and receive ideas for their meeitngs.  All parents are welcome to attend and share your ideas.
