SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS SPPS Team Wins "Law and You" Quiz Bowl! Congratulations to Robert Greaux, Deja Joseph, Alex Athanase, Ashley Forney, Dahlia Daniel, Bianca Sibilly, Beverlin del Rosario, Sarah-Ann Charles, Layla Salem and Nick Heileman, who beat five other teams from Eudora Kean, Charlotte Amalie, All Saints, and Seventh-Day Adventist to win the "Law and You" Academic Quiz Bowl. Senior Nick Heileman was chosen as Most Valuable Player at the competition and was awarded an iPad 16g.  Cooking Seminar Features Ritz Carlton Chef  Chef Magras of the Ritz Carlton took time out of his busy schedule to instruct sixth and seventh grade students on how to prepare pasta and ravioli dishes from scratch. Chef Magras continues to offer his instruction and knowledge of the hospitality and culinary industries to eager SPPS students.  whom the Hebrew Congregation of St. Thomas honors for best exemplifying the Biblical mandate
from Deuteronomy 16:20, "Justice, justice shall you pursue." They are
chosen because they demonstrate a commitment to social action in the
spirit of King through projects and activities that benefit the local
