MONTHLY MEETING OF THE VI GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY Date: January 16, 2011 FROM: Ron E. Harrigan, for PR Officer The Virgin Islands Genealogical Society invites residents of St. Thomas and St. John to attend its next monthly meeting on Friday, January 20 at 5:30p.m. at the Caribbean Genealogy Library on Raphune Hill in St. Thomas. Guest speaker at meeting will be Mrs. Christina Snow, former research librarian at the LDS Genealogical Library in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Snow will lecture on “Locating Caribbean Genealogy Records in Archives and Using www.familyresearch.org and www.new.familyresearch websites”. The meeting is open to the public. Family reunion groups are especially encouraged to attend.
