*In the 1820 Census, the third column is Census Age Class 16-18 and the fourth column is Census Age Class 16-25; therefore, any individual in column three is also in column four.  By subtracting the number in column three from the number in column four, you can create a new Census Age Class "19-25."

Cynthiana, Clayburn's sister does not fit in any of the categories listed based on age class counts recorded; could she have been missed, or with Anthony Stroup (Clayburn's uncle that is also listed on the same page), or not born yet based on when the count occurred (note:  the count may not have occurred on the enumeration date).  Since Michael, Clayburn's father, is a "hatter" at this time, the three unidentified males could be hired help, or unidentifiable kin.  Note:  there are only eight families in New Market at this time.

Where is Matilda?  She is only 2 years old, and has been missed by the enumerator. Some LDS family submissions do not list her.  Is it possible that she may not really be their daughter?
