Welcome to the Centre for String Playing!

CSP is committed to providing quality instruction in violin, viola, cello, and bass for students ranging in ages from 3 to Senior Citizen at levels from Beginner to Advanced.

At the Centre for String Playing, students and teachers work together to cultivate musical growth and to strive for excellence in music. CSP gives string students an opportunity to play and enjoy music in a welcoming environment. CSP encourages you to join our musical non-competitive, learner-friendly atmosphere.

Beginning classes are available for all ages at CSP. Whether it is your pre-schooler, your school-aged child, or you yourself who have always had the desire to play an instrument, there is a place for you here at the Centre.

Wednesday nights are reserved for Adult Only classes and orchestra. Come and learn in a warm friendly environment with others that share your interests.

Special rates for classes and monthly installments make CSP enrollment easy. A low-cost instrument rental package plan is in place for string students of the Centre. All sizes available at reasonable rates.

At the Centre, we believe that "music is supposed to be fun" as well as being a discipline which is good for the soul.
