Welcome to my personal web page. My name is Efstratios Stratikos and I am a Senior Researcher at the Protein Chemistry Group at the National Centre for Scientific Research "Demokritos" in Athens, Greece. My main research interests revolve around understanding complex biological systems at the molecular and atomic level. In my laboratory we study the function of protein biomolecules in an effort to understand their role in the pathogenesis of human disease and gain insights that will help scientists develop novel diagnostic and therapeutic protocols.
