Moro People's CORE is a non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Mindanao, Philippines. The agency is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines, (SEC Registration Number: CN201111296). Moro People's CORE promotes a Moro people's homeland which is self-determining and self-governing where the people exercise their own cultural, traditional and practices without prejudice; people are the primary beneficiary of their homeland's natural and mineral resources; people live with human dignity and respect without their rights violated; women's and children's rights are protected and upheld; the right to affordable health services and education; and the implementation of genuine land reform and national industrialization in the national level.

Moro People's CORE is based on North Cotabato, Mindanao, Philippines, and also organizes in the areas hit by Typhoon Sendong, including Cagayan de Oro City.
