We met 18 years ago. We were both 14 and just entering high school. His family moved away during my senior year. Sixteen years later we reconnected. We dated long distance for a year, then I moved to be closer to him. He proposed 4 months later. We're getting married on May 2, 2009 in St. Petersburg, FL.
