The mission of OASIS is to mobilize the community towards a substance free state through the collaborations for youth-centered, community oriented, data driven solutions. These collaborative efforts will dramatically decrease the desire among youth to use alcohol, tobacco and other drugs (ATOD), as youth will feel a stronger connection to the community.
OASIS envisions a healthy Stoughton where young people are connected to a substance-free community that values a cooperation and collaboration. We are always looking for ways to better serve the community.
