1) The action or crime of making a damaging, defaming, unethical sexually spoken statement that damages a person's reputation and mental fortitude of a man or a woman.

Mental Abuse
1) Mentally used improperly, to excess.
2) Mentally treated with cruelty or mental violence, especially assaulted sexually.
3) To Speak in an insulting and offensive way.
4) The improper use of something.
5) Cruel and violent mental treatment, especially sexual assault.
6) Insulting and offensive language.

Sexual Harassment.
1) Sexual tormenting (someone) by subjecting them to constant interference or intimidation mentally
or physically behavior.
2) An unwilling act upon a person, that sexually makes repeated mental or physical attacks on (that person) for the sport of it, and to satisfy the attacker sexual needs to harm or in order to wear down a person’s resistance.

Ask yourself this question... What is the purpose of a work place? Your answer should be . . . anywhere you produce work, goods, services in order to secure the country you live in, or to better yourself, your family, your business, the company, or corporation you work for, your school environment where work is produced, including an institution of higher learning . . . The Work Place IS NOT a place where you go to everyday, just to be abused and/or harassed! And besides do you really think a person gets up in the morning takes a bath or shower, eats breakfast, reads the newspaper, kisses his or her family, then says I think I will go to work now and be abused and harassed again today?
