Suleman is unemployed and has been for over 10 years. Her only
employment was briefly working in Metropolitan State Hospital before
any of the 14 children were born. She admit that she underwent IVF
multiple times, despite having no income to support the children born.
It
is reported that she was receiving food stamps, disability, and workers
comp when she paid an unknown amount for the IVF procedure that
resulted in the octuplets.
It's been reported that Suleman has
received food stamps, donations, disability, workers comp and other
government assistance. She has also taken out work permits for her 14 children, selling photos and videos of them for profit.
