The Stone Tender

 

Stones are shaped in glaciers of ice

Made round and smooth on the shore

Some tumble together in rivers and streams

Touching, each forming and supporting all

 

Each stone is unique, yet,

When we ask, as human stones

We are shaped by the Rock

And Stumbling Stone, Christ Jesus

 

We are influenced by each other

But salvation and healing are given

For He is the “human” Stone Tender,

Our Shepherd and Redeemer
