It's March... actually, nearly April.  These first 2 trimesters have flown by way too quickly for my taste.  As we, your PTC, look toward (and plan for) our final events that will wrap up the school year, we find ourselves with grateful hearts for all the time, financial support and encouragement our amazing Stoneridge parents have generously donated this year.  We feel so fortunate to be working with such a dedicated group of families.

But before we get too sentimental, we want to make sure that we get to enjoy every last minute that the 2011/12 school year has to offer. Just to highlight our major events, coming in April is our 2nd session of Enrichment Classes.  We are busy setting up the schedule and will "unveil" the new schedule soon!  And don't forget the Carnival, May 11th.  There are many new ideas for this year's event... and you're going to want to make sure you have your tickets!

And where do your generous donations go?  Not only do they pay for the lease of 35 Apple laptops, they pay for our Art and Science Docent programs, the many functions Stoneridge PTC supports (Walk to School Day, Field Day, Touch of Understanding assembly, etc), Elmo projectors in every room, planners for our 4, 5, 6th grade students and much much more!  And this year, we are looking at where we can make smart choices with our budget to purchase another 25 iPads and more books for our library (to bring it up to state standards). 

So, thank you again for all your efforts!  And we look forward to a strong finish to a fabulous school year!
