Welcome to the Self Help Housing program sponsored by YouthBuild McLean County.

 

Self Help Housing is a process in which the borrower builds their own home with the technical assistance of a Self Help Instructor.  Homes are built using environmental design standards of EnergyStar and LEED for homes.  With support of  USDA Rural Development renters can work to become home owners.
