Tana Oscanyan, lead designer, has loved gardening since the age of eight. She started her own tree business at the age of 14 where at one point she had over 2000 trees and several different varieties. Tana went to college where she fell in love with landscape design. In a ALCA (or PLANET) 2004 national college Horticulture Competition she competed in design and took first place. Tana completed an internship at a retail garden center where she learned plant culture needs. She graduated from BYU Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in horticulture with an emphasis in landscape design. Since graduation she has worked designing as well as project management on many projects both commercial and residential, she has a list of clients and references from Minnesota to California. With this experience she has learned both plant culture and maintenance needs, which she incorporates beautifully and effectively in design. Reasons to Get a Landscape Design:
