Welcome to St Mary's College Boat Club website.  
 
 
We are a friendly, but competitive rowing club in Durham and have expanded in recent years to over 50 members.
 
The club was started in 1926, having to borrow boats from St Cuthbert's Society Boat Club.  The club was all female until 2005 when the college became mixed.  We now have 7 boats, including a double scull, 5 fours and an eight. Our boathouse is shared with St Chad's College Boat Club and is located on the river Wear between Prebends and Kingsgate Bridges.

Previous experience is not required.
