ACL is not a complex tool.  However, application of the tool can be quite complex.  When properly implemented, the effectiveness of your work can be significantly increased and the time spent doing the work can be significantly decreased.  Joining an ACL User Group provides numerous benefits including networking, best practices, and enhanced knowledge of the uses of ACL.
