Altar Society

The St. Jude Altar Society is an affiliate of the National Council of Catholic Women.  NCCW consists of more than 5,000 affiliated Catholic women's organizations in parishes and dioceses throughout the U.S., representing hundreds of thousands of Catholic women.  www.nccw.org

Every lady of the St. Jude Parish is encouraged to attend at least one Altar Society meeting or event a year.  Consider it time for yourself as you grow in spirit with other Catholic women.  Our fundraisers pay for altar supplies such as candles, wine, hosts, flowers, vestments, etc.  Our service projects reach out to the community and their needs.  Meetings are usually held the fourth Wednesday of each month.  Specific dates may be found in the bulletin or events calendar.

In addition to the standard meeting procedures, each gathering includes a timely topic or small project.  Registration and social start at 6:30pm with one hour meeting beginning at 7:00pm.

Knights of Columbus

The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic fraternal service dedicated to the principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism. Charity is the foremost principle of the Knights as they dedicate many hours of voluntary service to our Parish as well as to our community. The Knights of Columbus were created to unite men in their faith as well as help others in times of need.

The Knights of Columbus at St Jude meet the third Monday of every month at 7 PM in the church hall.

New members are always welcome!
