The Executive of Local 1075 would like to thank all members and friends who took part in the Typically Canadian Tour Boot Drive and Arrival at the Confederation Building. In addition we would like to thank Management of of The St. John's Regional Fire Department and the Halifax Regional Fire Department for their assistance.

Typically Canadian Tour Arrival
The Executive of Local 1075 is requesting all off duty members to make a special effort to be present (in tactical uniform) for the ceremony marking the end of the Typically Canadian Tour on Friday July 25th at 11:00 at the Confederation Building. Various dignitaries including members of Local1075’s Executive will be present to welcome members of the Typically Canadian Tour and raise public awareness of the importance of Presumptive Cancer Legislation in this province.
It is imperative for Firefighters in this province join with us and have a strong presence at this event to demonstrate to the Government and the public that this is a major issue. | |
