Kathryn earned her BA from Wesleyan University in Romance Languages and Literatures in 1983, and her MDiv and STM degrees from Yale Divinity School in 1988 and 1989.  She earned her PhD from Yale University in 1994. Her latest book is Darkness is my Only Companion (Brazos: 2006).  Kathryn and her husband Matthew have been married since 1984, and are the proud parents of Noah and Grace.
