Miscellaneous The Policy Manual is divided into five sections, each numerically designated:
Section 1 documents include organizational job descriptions; first position descriptions and then committee descriptions.
Section 2 includes documents pertaining to personnel administration.
Section 3 refers to pastoral acts.
Section 4 refers to policies related to church funds.
Section 5 documents include miscellaneous items along with the Constitution and other Handbooks.
