As a group, we chose ABC 7 News because we believe it is a great and detailed Internet site that gives accurate and organized information on national, international, and local news. There are a few links associated with abc, but our group's focus was on abc7news.com, which is mainly about news coverage in the Bay Area. At the bottom of the page, there are more links that relate to abc, but are meant for different locations.
For people that want news that is covered as it is happening, they should watch ABC 7 News because they provide excellent breaking news coverage.

INFORMATION ON ABC 7 NEWS: ABC stands for American Broadcasting Company, which is a television network in the United States and Canda. It was created in 1943 from the former NBC Blue radio network. ABC is owned by The Walt Disney Company and is part of Disney-ABC Television Group. ABC's first broadcast on television was in 1948. Corporate headquarters are in New York, while programming offices are in Burbank, California - adjacent to the Walt Disney Studios and the Walt Disney Company corporate headquarters. Abc is among the most successful networks as of 2006. It is also a television, internet, and radio network. Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were due in court Friday as the former spouses try to work out custody arrangements for their two young sons. At a late-morning hearing, Spears' lawyer was expected to argue that the pop star has complied with court orders and should regain the shared custody she lost earlier this month. Two men survive a plane crash into the San Francisco Bay. Authorities received word of a small plane crash just east of San Carlos at 11:29am, Battalion Chief Chet McConnville said. Fireboats were dispatched into the area as a spotter plane took the air to locate the crash. According to McConnville, the two victims were spotted standing on the wing of the aircraft as it slowly sunk into the water. Fireboat 11, from the Redwood City Fire Department, rescued both men as they attempted to swim to shore after the plane sank. The pilot told rescuers that the aircraft lost power and was unable to restart it.
