This is for PARENT HOURS ONLY. Your child's service hours for religion must be turned in to their Religion teacher.
There are two ways parents can record their service hours. Please only record hours in one place - don't duplicate.
1. Record your hours in the Volunteer Log notebook located in the school office. Locate your family name and record your time there. OR
2. Send an email to the Service Hours Coordinator by using the form below. Please complete all fields and in the Subject field list the event or committee you worked. In the Message field please indicate the hours you worked. BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR OWN EMAIL RECEIPT.
PLEASE only do one or the other....not both. We truly appreciate your time and efforts!!
