The Cancer Institute of New Jersey – CINJ’s mission is to maintain and expand a cancer institute in New Jersey of extraordinary quality, dedicated to improving the prevention, detection, treatment and care of patients with cancer, through the transformation of laboratory discoveries into clinical practice. This site provides access to resources on research, treatment, prevention, education, and

clinical trials.

ClinicalTrials.gov - This web site provides patients, family members, and members of the public easy and free access to information on clinical studies for a wide range of diseases and conditions. Click this link to locate trials on this condition in the state of New Jersey.

Essex County Cancer Coalition - A voluntary union of individuals and organizations whose membership is devoted to cancer prevention and control in Essex County, New Jersey. See their calendar and list of events to find a cancer program in your area.

Find an Endocrinologist - Locate a nearby endocrinologist who is registered with the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.

Find a NJ Doctor:New Jersey Health Care Profile - This site includes information on all doctors who are actively licensed and currently permitted to practice medicine or podiatry in New Jersey. The website can be searched to locate doctors practicing in a particular area or hospital. The profiles contain information about a doctor's education, training, and medical practice.

New Jersey Cancer Trial Connect - NJ Cancer Trial Connect, or NJCTC, matches the cancer treatment trials in our state with your medical profile. You can search for studies of interest to you and your family or others you may know.

NJ Self-Help Group Clearinghouse - Assists people in finding, forming and learning about self-help support groups at local, national and Internet levels. Has toll-free helpine and publishes an annual Self-Help Group Directory, which can be found at most public libraries.
