1) You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal US Resident to purchase a fundraiser vacation package raffle ticket. Under no circumstances will vacation package guest certificate be issued to minors or for minors traveling alone, including individuals without proper identification.
2) All proceeds of a fundraiser vacation package raffle ticket are to benefit Stevie JoEllie's Cancer Care Fund, for the purpose of covering all out of pocket medication and medical care expenses, including health related travel and transportation costs, personal care and psychosocial therapies.
3) Fundraiser vacation package raffle ticket is for accomodations only and the full use of all resort amenities (pools, parks, barbecue areas and all regularly scheduled guest resort events). Winning ticket holder must confirm total number of individuals in travel party prior to departure/arrival at destination for the puporpose of Guest Certificate Authorization Group Reservations. We are not responsible or liable for errors on Guest Certificate Authorization Group Reservations. Winner must verify and confirm guest certificate group authorization information a minimum of one week prior to departure/arrival date.
4) Air Travel, Transportation, Meals, Gratuities and all other miscellaneous expenses are excluded from this offer. It is expressely understood and accepted that winners are responsibe for charges incurred in excess of this offer, such as but not limited to: all taxes, air and/or ground transportation, airline security fee and surcharges, damages to hotel/resort accomodations as a result of the misuse, abuse or negligence of premises by Participants and/or their guests under this award certificate.
5) Arrivals and departures, check in and check out times are to be adhere to expressly as outline on your guest certificate. Please consult hotel/resort guest services upon arrival about inclement weather conditions, natural disasters or other travel related delays that warrant an Delayed arrivals or extended stays due to departure delays beyond the specific guest certificate award.

We are not responsible for, nor will we replace or refund travel related expenses or guest certificates due to denial of boarding air travel, ground transportation, hotel/resort check in for any reason.
7) Guest Certificate Reservation Cancellation Policy is irrevocable : no refunds or costs can be reimbursed for any reason once your guest certificate reservation package has been confirmed.
8) Stevie JoEllie's Cancer Care Fund, The Happy Angels Project and Michael Quarles do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense or inconvenience, nor for loss, injury, death or damage to any person or property at any hotel/resort, aircraft/ship, or in transit to and from said hotel/resort, aircraft/ship, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to inclement weather, natural disaster, mechanical breakdown, strikes, or acts of God. 9) Stevie JoEllie's Cancer Care Fund, The Happy Angels Project and Michael Quarles assume no responsibility for any verbal, written or material representation made in cojunction with this offer by any volunteer, vendor or fundraising associate and/or their agents other than those included in this offer.
