Costumed characters to help develop learning skills.
Thought provoking * Challenging * Engaging * Entertaining Thought provoking and often challenging workshops offering first class characterisation and packed with information to support cross curricular studies. My aim is to transport children to another period in history and enable them to live events through the eyes of those who witnessed them. My workshops offer more than just history, presenting children with moral dilemmas, engaging their emotions and helping to develop learning skills such as listening, debate and equiry. Characters are available for most KS1 & KS2 History topics and can be adapted to suit other study topics e.g. rulers and governments (Romans), exploration (Tudors), treasure (Egyptians). I will also consider reasonable requests to develop new characters linked to other study topics.
