Morning Cleanup Three men, two times per week plus a swing shift 1. Start this shift after 9:00 a.m. finish before 10:30 a.m. 2. Turn on Hobart so it is heated in time to start sanitizing dishes 3. Clean any mess that was created in the dinning room including wiping down the tables, front of the ice box, and cereal cabinet with All-in-One 4. Remove and clean out bowls under the milk cow and replace with new ones 5. Use All-in-One and a sponge to wipe down the tabletop that the milk cow sits on as well as the cow itself 6. Use hot water and Liquid Soap to scrub the dishes, cups and utensils with a sponge 7. Place the dishes, cups and utensils in the racks and then in the Hobart 8. Press "Wash." The Hobart will dispense soap automatically 9. Drip dry all dishes, cups and utensils 10. Place Hobart racks on the counter to the left of the Hobart 11. Wash out and sanitize the dish and silverware tubs 12. Fill silverware tub with cold water and Allegro 13. Clean up any mess you have created. Clean window and windowsill behind the big sinks with All in One 14. Use All-in-One to wipe the counter near the toaster and around the cereal dispensers 15. Use All-in-One to wipe the dining room tables 16. Refill the cereal tubs as needed. Inform the Proctor or Food Board Manager if more cereal is needed 17. Replace milk in milk cow if necessary
Swing shift will be on Saturday. Swing shift will completed before noon. If you are out of any supply, let the Proctor or SHD know as soon as possible |
