Lunch Dishes Three men, two times per week each, and one swing shift
1. Shift must be completed between 1:15 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. 2. Turn on Hobart so it is heated up by the time you are ready to start sanitizing dishes 3. Pick up newspapers and put them in recycling bin 4. Pick up dirty dishes from Rec Room and Dining Room 5. Wipe down all dining room tables and kitchen countertops with All-In-One 6. Empty Dining Room trashcans if needed and replace liners 7. Use hot water -to scrub the dishes, cups and utensils 8. Place the dishes, cups and utensils in the racks and then in the Hobart 9. Press "Wash." The Hobart will dispense soap automatically 10. Drip dry all dishes, cups and utensils (wet dishes are considered dirty dishes) 11. Place Hobart racks on the counter to the left of the Hobart 12. Clean up any mess you have created including wiping down the front of the Hobart 13. Empty kitchen trashcans and replace liners. Place the used trash bags into the big dumpster next to the building 14. Wash out and sanitize the dish and silverware tubs 15. Fill silverware tub with cold water and Allegro 16. Clean window and windowsill behind the big sinks with All-In-One 17. Fill the paper towel dispenser with paper towels 18. Make sure there is hand soap in the dispenser in the kitchen. Replace if needed
The swing shift will be on Sunday at noon. During the swing shift you must clean all dishes in the dish tubs in the same way a regular shift and the Hobart. Use general cleaner to wipe down the outside If you are out of any supply, let the Proctor or SHD know as soon as possible. |
