Dinner Dishes


Dinner Dishes

Three men, two times per week each

 



1. Shift must be completed between 7:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m 

2. Turn on Hobart so it is heated in time to start sanitizing dishes 

3. Take out old late plates and throw them away 

4. Wash the knife, fork, and spoon tubs (the ones that hold the clean silverware) with soap and hot water 

5. Use hot water to scrub the dishes, cups and utensils 

6. Empty Kitchen trashcans if needed and replace liners 

7. Place the dishes, cups and utensils in the racks and then in the Hobart 

8. Press "Wash." The Hobart will dispense soap automatically 

9.
Drip dry all dishes, cups and utensils 

10. Place Hobart racks on the counter to the left of the Hobart 

11. Clean up any mess you have created including the front of the Hobart 

12. Wash out and sanitize the dish and silverware tubs 

13. Fill silverware tub with cold water and Allegro 

14. Clean window and windowsill behind the big sinks with
All-In-One 

15. Fill the paper towel dispenser with paper towels 

16. Make sure there is hand soap in the dispenser in the kitchen. Replace if needed 

17. Wipe down inside of microwaves and Toaster with
All in One 

18. Wipe down all Kitchen Counter Surfaces with
All in One

 

If you are out of any supply, let the Proctor or SHD know as soon as possible.
