1) To serve as a resource for hall governance, including advisory, judiciary, and other student boards while aiding in the development of student leaders.

2) To work closely with hall officers to manage hall operations and to identify and meet residents' needs.

3) To work with residents to plan a balanced, healthy diet within a food allowance determined by the Department of Student Housing.

4) To serve as a liaison between Stephenson Hall and the university administration, representing each to the other in student personnel and other concerns.

5) To serve as the advisor to the Stephenson Hall Government.

6) Shall present a fact of interest during hall meetings, which shall pertain to nothing of import to hall members.
