There shall be two Athletic Chairmen, at least one shall be a Newman. They coordinate and plan all Stephenson Hall athletic activities. The Athletic Chairmen shall also actively recruit Stephenson Hall residents to participate in and represent Stephenson Hall at all university athletic events. The Athletic Chairmen should be present at all meetings of the University Intramural Managers. The athletic chairmen shall be responsible for organizing the purchasing of intramural t-shirts and organizing camping for sporting events.
