Dear Tourism/Career Prep Educator:
Greetings from the SuperHost team!
The
following information outlines some key information pertaining to the
delivery of SuperHost customer service training in your classroom. We
have updated a number of things – including our process for registering
participants in our Train-the-Trainer Workshop and our refund policy.
Please note, until we receive payment for you to attend a
Train-the-Trainer Workshop, you are not officially registered.
SuperHost® Train-the-Trainer Schedule
A current schedule is now available on-line on the STEG-BC Website. Please note their new web address: http://sites.google.com/site/stegbc/Home.
You can also download a revised registration form. We will continue to
provide updates about our program via this site so please bookmark it
to keep yourself in the loop!
Train-the-Trainer Workshops – We’ll come to you
We
would be pleased to come to you! The SuperHost team can arrange a
Train-the-Trainer Workshop on your Pro-D Day in your community with a
minimum of 8 BC Certified teachers. If you have a request, please
contact us at: (250) 387-1711 or email: superhost@tourismbc.com.
Ordering SuperHost Materials for your School
Be sure to place all orders for SuperHost workshop materials through the following:

They can advise you of time lines for delivery.
Do We Have YOUR email address?
Send us a note at: superhost@tourismbc.com
and we’ll update our records. We always appreciate knowing which school
you represent. We also send out information via email (e.g. updated
statistics, workshop advisory notices, etc.). By providing your email
address, you are not missed from our updates.
SuperHost PowerPoint Presentations
We
are pleased to announce the availability of our workshop presentations
in PowerPoint format for use in your classroom. To receive a copy via
email, please contact us at http://superhost@tourismbc.com indicating which workshop(s) you are certified to deliver.
